Single origin series
This range of chocolate bars aims to bring out the subtle nuances of each bean origin that we have selected to highlight. As always, each bar is made with minimum ingredients to honour the cocoa and the hard work of the farmers. Working from beans to bar means we have full control of the final product. From roasting the beans, to the amount of exposure it has to oxygen in the conching process. It is these tiny differences that affect the changing flavour of the final product, from batch to batch.
The sugar we are using is from the Native, Green Cane Project, Brazil. A carbon positive sugar farm, whose main objective is a sustainable system of sugarcane production, which seeks to manifest all of this crop's ecological and conservation potential.
